Loaded Pasta Carbonara
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 cups frozen peas
- Directions1. Bring 4 quarts water to boil in large pot. Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer bacon to paper towel-lined plate.
