  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 pound swiss chard leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 red serrano chile, seeded, scraped and finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock 
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pound Greek style yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
