Linguine with broccoli & roasted peppers
- 150g linguine
- olive oil
- 2 anchovies , drained and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves , sliced
- 4 roasted red peppers , from a jar, cut into chunks (look for ones in brine rather than oil)
- lemon , zested
- 200g broccoli , cut into pieces
