Linguine with Grilled Tomatoes
- 3 pounds plum tomatoes, halved and seeded
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound linguine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan, plus more for serving
- Directions1. Heat grill to high. Toss tomatoes with 3 tablespoons olive oil and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
