  • 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries (such as blackberries, blueberries & raspberries)
