  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pound spinach, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese
