- 1 pack lamb neck, about 350g, cut into chunks
- olive oil
- 1 small onion , halved and sliced
- 1 garlic clove , sliced
- tsp smoked paprika
- tsp ground cumin
- 200ml chicken stock
- 1 x 400g tin chickpeas
- a handful raisins or sultanas
- a small bunch parsley
- pitta breads , to serve
