Killer Chicken with Mushroom, Asparagus, and Red Bell Pepper

- 3 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch strips

- 3 cups cremini mushrooms, cut in half
- 12 fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 small red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, for garnish
- tamari soy sauce to taste
