Indian-Style Millet with Browned Onions and Green Beans
- 1 cup millet
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 small onion, cut into thin half rings
- 20 to 30 green beans, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch pieces
