Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup spelt flour or unbleached white flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup chocolate chips, as preferred
- 2 to 3 tablespoons brown sugar, as preferred
- 3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 5 tablespoons crunchy natural peanut butter
- 7 tablespoons whole milk
- a few drops of vanilla
