  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1/4 cup micro greens

  • 1/2 teaspoon Sherry Vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • Fine sea salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
