- 600g haddock or cod, cut into 4 pieces - look for fish from a sustainable source
- olive oil
- tsp paprika
- 1 garlic clove , chopped
- 2 slices sourdough bread , chopped into rough crumbs
- 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley , chopped
- 100g roasted peppers from a jar, drained and chopped
- 50g feta cheese , crumbled
- salad , to serve
