Gruyre & cider fondue
- 1 garlic clove , halved
- 250ml dry cider
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 250g Gruyre cheese, grated
- 200g Emmental cheese , grated
- 2 tsp cornflour
- ciabatta loaf, cut into chunks and toasted in the oven until golden
- cornichons , to serve
- baby pickled onions , to serve
