Grissini with anchovy dip
- 1 pack ciabatta bread mix (about 500g)
- olive oil
- flour for dusting
- rosemary leaves from a couple of sprigs
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- chilli flakes
- 50g butter
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves , crushed
- 10 anchovies , rinsed, drained and chopped
- flat-leaf parsley , finely chopped
