- 5 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 garlic clove , crushed
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 lemon , juiced
- 4 large chicken thighs , boneless skinless
- 100g bulgur wheat
- 200g chicken stock fresh, cube or concentrate
- a handful of chives, parsley or coriander or a mixture, roughly chopped
