Grilled Salmon Steak with Mustard Sauce and Asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil plus more for grates
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
- 3 lbs. medium-thick asparagus trimmed
