Grilled Curry Shrimp Skewers with Grilled Onions & Red Pepper Recipe
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 2 large garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 24 large shrimp, peeled, tails left intact
