Grilled Buttermilk Chicken
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 6 pounds bone-in chicken breasts, cut into quarters
- Fresh rosemary and thyme
- Directions1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the buttermilk, garlic, paprika, 1½ teaspoons salt, ¾ teaspoon pepper, and whatever fresh herbs you have around -- I especially like fresh rosemary. Chop them up a little and add them to the marinade.
