Green tea & vanilla pannacotta with chocolate sauce
- 100 ml milk
- 1 vanilla pod, split and seeds removed
- 3 green tea bags, or 2 heaped tablespoons of green tea
- 350 ml double cream
- 1 leaves beef gelatine, soaked in water
- 70 g icing sugar
- 30 g caster sugar
- 150 ml water
- 1 level tablespoon cocoa powder
- 100 g good-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), broken into pieces
