  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, or to taste
