  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 zucchini, grated
