  • 1 cup buttermilk (1.5% fat)
  • 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier plus fresh squeezed orange juice to equal 1/4 cup liquid
  • Whipped heavy cream, lightly sweetened
  • Grated orange zest, for garnish
