- 200g 70% dark chocolate plus more for curls to decorate
- 100ml milk
- 200ml double cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp golden caster sugar
- cocoa or icing sugar to dust
- 250g plain flour
- 125g icing sugar
- 125g butter , chilled and iced
- 1 egg , plus 1 yolk
- vanilla pod , split and seeds scraped out
