Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls
- 1/4 cup organic shortening, plus
- 1 1/2 teaspoons organic shortening
- 3 cups self-rising gluten-free flour*
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Melt® Organic Buttery Spread, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Glaze: (Mix these ingredients together 5 minutes before rolls are done in oven)
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
