Garlic and rosemary focaccia
- 250g strong white bread flour
- 1 sachet fast acting yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp caster sugar
- 150ml olive oil
- 150ml tepid water
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Flakes of salt to garnish
- Olives or sundried tomatoes to garnish if desired.
