- 4 portobello or field mushrooms , stalks trimmed
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 50g vegetarian Gruyre , grated
- 1 garlic clove , crushed
- 1 tbsp butter , softened
- 4 ciabatta or burger buns , split and toasted
- lettuce , tomatoes and sliced red onion to serve
