  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • Twenty-four ½-inch-thick baguette slices, cut on the diagonal
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 to 2 chipotle chiles (taste for heat and add adjust amount accordingly)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley for garnish
