Fruit and Nut Bar
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds salted or unsalted
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts unsalted
- 1 tablespoon toasted sunflower seeds

- 3/4 cup raisins (or any combination of dried cranberries apricots, plums, dates, etc)
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons crisp rice cereal
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut lightly toasted
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
