For turkey leftovers, why not pipin?
- 2 poblano chiles
- 4 serrano chiles, diced
- 3/4 cup of pumpkin seeds (pepitas), toasted and ground
- 1 can of tomatillos, drained or 1 pound, husked and cooked in water for 10 minutes
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 1 small bunch of radish leaves
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon of peanut oil or lard
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
