  • 3 tbsp palm oil (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 ripe tomato, skinned, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
