  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
