Egg and Spinach Casserole
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 (16 ounce) package small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
