- 150g low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 red chilli , chopped
- juice 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove , crushed
- 1 red onion , finely chopped
- handful coriander , chopped
- halved radishes , sticks of carrots, celery and peppers, to serve
