Ingredients:
  • 1. 250 gm Okra ( bhindi), slit lengthwise but kept intact
  • 2. 1 cup yoghurt ( dahi )
  • 3. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 4. Salt to taste
  • 5. Green chillies, chopped finely
  • 6. 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 7. 2 tsp Ginger- garlic paste
  • 8. Turmeric powder ( haldi)
  • 9. 2-3 dried red chillies.
  • 10. Chopped cilantro ( Dhaniya)
