Crayfish tails on toast
- 180g pot crayfish tails in brine (We used The Big Prawn Company, available in Waitrose and Tesco)
- 2 tbsp Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp 0% fat plain yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 10 basil leaves
- 8 slices sourdough bread , toasted to serve
