  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 2 cups Horseradish Cream Sauce
  • ¾ cup heavy or whipping cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup prepared horseradish, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of sugar
