Cooking For One: A Few of My Favorite FoodsDISH:TYPE:MAIN INGREDIENT:
- about 2 cups fresh lettuce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 zucchini, cut into thin half moons
- 3 walnuts, chopped
- 2 dates, sliced
- 1 small radish, sliced
- 1/4 ounce gouda cheese (about 2 teaspoons, grated)
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
