  • zest and juice 2 limes
  • 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 200g bag frozen, cooked large prawns , defrosted
  • cucumber , halved and sliced diagonally
  • handful coriander leaves, chopped
  • 100g pack sugar snap peas , halved lengthways
