- 250g black turtle beans , soaked overnight in cold water and drained
- 1 onion , finely chopped
- 1l chicken stock
- 75g chorizo slices, finely sliced
- 142ml tub soured cream
- avocado , cut into cubes
- 1 lime , juiced
- bunch coriander , roughly chopped
