- 2 fat fillets sustainable white fish , approx 125g each
- 2 tbsp chilli or regular pesto (Sacla do a good chilli one)
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Parmesan , grated to make 1 tbsp
- 250g green beans , trimmed
- 1 lemon , cut into wedges
- crusty bread , to serve
