Chicken soup with matzo balls and dill
- 1.8kg corn-fed chicken legs or thighs, skin removed
- 3 onions , peeled
- 4 carrots , halved
- 1 head celery
- 1 bouquet garni (thyme, parsley and a bay leaf tied together)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 15g fresh dill
- 100g matzo ball mix (or matzo crackers or water biscuits , finely ground)
