Chicken chilli bowl
- groundnut oil
- 4 skinless chicken thigh fillets, quartered
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 green pepper , chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- tsp hot chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds , toasted
- 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 x 400g tin pinto beans , rinsed and drained
- 200ml chicken stock
- 100g green beans , cut into pieces
- natural yogurt , to serve
