Chicken Adobo with Mojo
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teasponn salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 cup fresh sour orange juice or 1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large boneless skinless, chicken breasts, cut into halves
