- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- a few handfuls of raw cashews, broken into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 to 4 tablespoons agave or maple syrup, to taste
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- dried unsweetened coconut and fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)
