Cherry & almond sponge with pistachio crme frache
- 500g sweet cherries , washed and stoned
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- zest and orange

- icing sugar , for dusting
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- tsp almond or vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange flower water
- 75ml double cream
- 3 tbsp plain flour
