- 4 eggs, 120 g caster sugar, 30 g cocoa, 90 g plain flour, 3 table spoons oil (I used grapeseed oil - high in polyunsaturates), 1 tea spoon of baking powder, 2 tins of pitted black cherries, 2 table spoons of corn flour, 3 table spoons of vanilla sugar, 1/4 tea spoon of cinammon, 1/2 litre of whipping cream, grated dark chocolate, dark rum
