Cheesy Sarso Ka Saag
- 2 Cups of Mustard green ( 1 bunch of Sarso )
- 2 cups of Spinach ( 1 bunch of Palak )
- 1 cup of Bathua ( optional)
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated cheese ( I used mature cheddar )
- Ginger garlic paste ( I prepared freshly)
- 3-4 green chillies
- 2 Onions
- 2 tsp Maize Flour ( Makayi ka atta )
- 1 tsp grated Jaggery (gur)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 red dried chillies
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp ghee/butter
