Cauli biryani with herb yoghurt
- 25g butter
- 1 onion , halved and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp ground coriander

- 150ml vegetable stock
- a small bunch coriander , chopped
- 150ml pot natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds , toasted (optional)
