  • 1/2 lb (225 g or 1 1/2 cups) paneer cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek (methi) leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • handful of fresh parsley or coriander, chopped
