- 2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
- 4 ounces bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
